Design and engineering
We study the market to identify real needs. We develop ideas and put them on paper — or rather, into state-of-the-art CAD mathematical models. In this way we define every single technical feature of the product and all its variants.
Prototyping and product testing
From digital analysis to physical validation. We develop rapid scale prototypes through 3D printing and full-scale wooden models, complete with padding studies where required. To ensure the highest standards of safety and durability, we validate every product through standardised international tests and certifications, such as EN and BIFMA regulations.
Production and Logistics
We have developed a cutting-edge "Smart Factory". Most of our production machines are fully interconnected with the company IT system, allowing us to monitor the entire production process from start to finish. At the same time, we engineer packaging to optimise every logistics operation, ensuring that products reach their destination in perfect condition and ready to use.
