EARTH AND WATER COME TOGETHER INTO A NEW COLLECTION: FOREST OCEAN.

Hey! We can finally introduce you to a good news, a SOUNDLINE’s product we’ve been working on for the past few months, our latest effort toward an ethical, sustainable and environmentally friendly production.

FOREST, our tree-shaped sound absorbing panel, is now available in Sealife fabric, made from SEAQUAL® YARN certified recycled polyester, containing upcycled marine plastic.

The result is FOREST OCEAN: a sound absorbing panel that brings together our love for earth and the one for water. A new FOREST’s version - designed for wall-mounted or suspended installation through adjustable cables as well as for self-supporting structures - that takes its inspiration from nature and is good for the planet.

SEALIFE: THE SEAQUAL CERTIFIED FABRIC CONTAINING UPCYCLED MARINE PLASTIC.

The
Sealife fabric’s colour we’ve chosen for FOREST OCEAN is a bright but relaxing full-blue: its characteristics allow it to easily adapt to any environment, both public and private settings, both large and small spaces.

The 6075 blue - that’s its identification number in the Sealife fabric colour palette - recalls the colour of the ocean, that same ocean
SEAQUAL INITIATIVE is trying to clean up by fighting plastic pollution. The goal is to give the marine plastic a new life.

As a matter of fact, also furniture can be beautiful, functional and sustainable at the same time: manufactured with FSC certified wood coming from well-managed forests, our new acoustic panels collection protects both forests and oceans.

But that is not all. Wood and fabric aren’t the only recycled and recyclable elements: also the felt we use for the padding is made of robust recycled polyester. All of these components make FOREST OCEAN fully recyclable and a genuinely eco-friendly product.

#TOGETHERFORACLEANOCEAN

Positive about the fact that together our choices and actions can bring about great change, we’re super happy to be part of SEAQUAL community and joined the #TOGETHERFORACLEANOCEAN initiative.

Finally, some numbers:

- 200 tons of marine litter have been transformed into upcycled marine plastic by SEAQUAL INITIATIVE
- 600 (estimated) tons of waste cleaned from our oceans
- Brands and Manufacturers from more than 60 countries have joined our fight against marine litter

We can all make a difference.
